The Purpose of the Role

In our Security Specialists team, we seek an experienced and skilled specialist seller to work with Australian Public Sector customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end security thought leadership, driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. Acquire, lead, and develop security opportunities (remote work, security, compliance, cloud security) in your assigned territory.
  2. Utilize account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your accounts.
  3. Owning opportunities from qualification to close by orchestrating a virtual team of sales, technical, services, and partner resources across an extensive portfolio of products.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings.
  5. Develop relationships with customer, CxO level Business and Technical Decision Makers.
  6. Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologies.
  7. Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak to their needs and requirements.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales, account management experience.
  • Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results.
