Corporate Lending Operations Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Officer in Corporate Lending Operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth and success of our business.

CLO is responsible for processing and settlement of Agency, Bilateral and Syndicated loan transactions. This includes Bank Guarantees, Asset Finance and Securitisation. Our team also manages Security & Derivative product settlement and clearing, including European & Domestic Bonds and Treasury processing.

Key responsibilities include daily reconciliation of the Group's stock and Nostro cash accounts, internal control reporting, and settling compensation claims arising from trading activity and investigation of reconciliation breaks.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise. As an Officer in CLO, you will work closely with our Financial Markets Operations team to support the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
  • Specific product knowledge advantageous (Syndicated/Bilateral Loans)
  • Excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across an organisation
