We are seeking an Admissions Officer (enrolling Apprentices and Trainees) who will be responsible for managing the enrolment process from application to finalisation. This includes providing accurate course and enrolment information to prospective students, guiding them through the application and pre-enrolment process, and maintaining accurate records in our student management systems.

This role requires strong administrative and problem-solving skills, with experience in the education sector preferred. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to building positive relationships with students and stakeholders. They will also be able to provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admissions process.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective students to provide accurate course and enrolment information.
  • Guide students through the application and pre-enrolment process.
  • Process applications, assess documentation, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records in BKI's student management systems.
About You
  • You will bring exceptional customer service and communication skills, with previous experience in admissions or a similar administrative role.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • You will be competent in Microsoft Office and Student Management Systems.
