About the opportunity

The Workforce Identity and Access Management Service team are responsible for the management of the platform and services for Workforce Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, and Mainframe Access and Security and Identity Governance Services.

In this role you will deliver and maintain the Workforce Identity and Access platforms and services and work with the broader team to continuously improve those platforms and services. Working with our business customers to understand and deliver on Workforce Identity and Access use cases and facilitate the flow and quality of work for the team.

Be part of a team that will deliver and implement various initiatives which could be a combination of transformation, Business as Usual activities and/or compliance. With a focus on simplification and modernisation of the Service while fostering high performance and collaboration across the team.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of Workforce Identity and Access systems and services including overall technical health and vitality.
  • Ensure Identity and Access control objectives are auditable and designed to meet compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and upskill your technical knowledge and productivity, with a focus on what has value to the organisation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications and delivery of value.
  • Share the agile facilitation roles within the team, and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Be On-Call or provide out of hours support or maintenance as required to maintain or evolve the health and vitality of Identity systems and services.

What you'll bring to the role

Experience in an equivalent role mainly in CyberArk Privileged Access Security (On-Prem) (where the breadth and practical use of the skills listed below have been demonstrated). You will also have experience in Identity and Access Management Concepts.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Technical skills in multiple technical areas of the following are desired, including any of:
    • Implementation and Maintenance of Privileged Access Management Solutions (CyberArk)
    • PSM connector development and CPM plugin customisation
    • Microsoft Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems
    • Interfacing Privileged Access Management controls with a variety of platform and application management surfaces
      • Strong experience with CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA and PSM
      • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      • Knowledge of ITIL framework and change control process
      • Ability to work in a virtual team environment with a capacity to prioritise and manage tasks and issues effectively
      • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
