Employment Tax Professional Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work with clients across various industries, providing employment tax expertise and support.

The opportunity involves managing a team of specialists to deliver expert advice on employment tax matters, including FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG, Superannuation, Salary Packaging, and Due Diligence. You will leverage technology and data insights to drive innovation and engagement.

As a key member of our national management team, you will guide junior staff and manage large, multi-stakeholder projects while serving as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Provide clients with comprehensive advice on employment tax matters, reviewing key deliverables like FBT and payroll tax returns.
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide junior staff and manage large projects, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client service.
  • Drive Innovation and Engagement: Utilize technology and data insights to generate insights, collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive Employment Tax Experience: At least 5 years of delivering employment tax compliance and consulting services to large multinational organizations.
  • Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside proven data analytics capabilities.
  • Effective Work Style: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and experience with automating tax processes.
