Employment Tax Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert employment tax advice and compliance support to clients across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include delivering technical employment tax guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality, and engaging with clients on employment tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Expert Employment Tax Guidance: Provide written analysis on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations.
  • Engage with Clients: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training sessions for both clients and internal teams.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong Technical Skills: Brings 1–3 years of experience in employment tax with large multinational organizations.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries.
  • Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently and within teams.
