About the Role

As a seasoned construction professional, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate and schedule trades and materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to our high-quality standards. You'll work closely with a Salesperson and a Maintenance/Warranty Officer in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
  • Site Safety: Ensure WHS compliance and site safety
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections
  • Liaison: Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, sales people and the service/warranty officer

Your Background

You'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in residential construction
  • Understanding of Building Plans: Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
  • Certifications and Licenses: White Card & relevant building qualifications, Driver's license
