Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that our residential construction projects are delivered on time, to high-quality standards.

  • Manage and coordinate trades and materials effectively.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate timelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, service officer, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential construction management.
  • Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
  • Hold a White Card and relevant building qualifications.
