We're seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team of experts. In this full-time role, you'll assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote various travel products such as holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, experiences, and insurance.
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face in-store and online service, managing new enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Facilitate domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travellers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, cross-selling and up-selling of travel products.
  • Manage travel credits, refunds, and changes.
  • Attend sales meetings and achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, such as supplier and product events, ship inspections, and travel expos.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Retail travel agency experience is essential.
  • A Certificate 3 in Travel or higher is preferred.
  • GDS experience in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is required.
  • You must have a passion for the travel industry and personal travel experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
  • You should have outstanding organisational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage workflow, set goals, meet sales targets, and work productively is essential.
  • An excellent personal presentation is also required.
