Job Title:

A highly skilled and creative professional is required to manage the production of in-house content shoots, develop on-brand creative concepts, plan and execute fresh styling for content shoots, oversee post-production workflow, and collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand social-first assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end production of in-house content shoots from concept through to execution.
  • Develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots.
  • Plan and execute fresh, on-trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on-brand.
  • Oversee and execute post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches, ensuring visuals align with the wider creative vision.
  • Select and hand over high-performing content to relevant teams weekly, ensuring assets are launch-ready and drive engagement.
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/assets to boost social engagement, grow awareness, and push the brand forward.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a creative content role within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience with content creation.
  • Highly social-savvy, with a natural eye for trends and aesthetics.
  • Strong skills in photography and videography, able to capture feed-worthy content on the go.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom).
  • Strong styling ability with a keen understanding of what drives customer engagement.
  • Experience in content creation apps/software with the ability to edit and optimise for multiple platforms.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and translate brand vision into creative execution.
