We're seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to deliver implementation, configuration, and migration projects across enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
• Execute Microsoft 365 implementation and migration projects with the Architect, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Deploy solutions across Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD) and integrate with on-prem AD, servers, networks, EUC and apps.
• Provide consulting through design, build, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Automate administration and deployments using Power Shell; produce clear runbooks/documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues across hybrid M365 environments and drive timely resolution.
• Stay current on M365 best practices, security and governance.
Skills & experience
• 5+ years in IT consulting, including 3+ years as a Microsoft 365 Engineer.
• Proven implementation and migration project delivery (hybrid and cloud).
• Strong Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, Teams/Share Point, Entra ID.
• Power Shell scripting for automation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Clearance & Credentials
• Must be an Australian citizen with an active NV1 security clearance (or higher).
• Microsoft 365/Azure certifications are a plus.
