Dynamics 365 Senior Support Engineer

As a key player in our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Platform team, this senior support engineer role is responsible for implementing customizations using X++ and extensions in Dynamics 365 FnO.
Key Responsibilities- Manage integrations with external systems such as IDMS, JSLT, and Power Platform
- Provide technical support and root cause analysis for production issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 FnO architecture and development tools
- Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and data entities
- Programming skills in C# or C++ including reading code and writing simple programs
- Understanding of IIS, troubleshooting website issues, HTTP responses, and network debugging skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
- Ability to meet security screening requirements such as Microsoft Cloud Background Check
