Job Title: Fitness Professional

Our studio is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of fitness professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy training sessions that challenge, motivate, and educate our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective group training sessions.
  • Cultivate a positive and energetic environment within the studio.
  • Motivate and inspire our members before, during, and after training.
  • Develop strong relationships with members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist with sales, membership growth, and retention efforts.
  • Support the team in executing training challenges and initiatives.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and promote the studio.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in Fitness (Cert III).
  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Registration as a fitness professional.
  • All necessary insurance coverages.
  • A deep passion for the fitness industry and commitment to excellence.
  • Experience leading group training sessions (F45 experience preferred).

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Fitness.
  • Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree.
  • Nutrition Course or Certification.
  • Strength and Conditioning Qualification.
  • Pre and Post-Natal Qualifications.
