Executive Housekeeper Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.\

About the Role:\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a housekeeping team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that every room is perfect for our guests, and that our hotel's reputation for excellence is maintained.\

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional standards.
  • Maintain and order supplies and equipment to minimize waste and support our sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to maximize profitability.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example and ensure that all team members understand the importance of compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.

Requirements:\

To be successful in this role, you will need:\

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a rooms-related setting or related field, including direct management experience over a housekeeping team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
