Main Responsibilities:
  • Support COO teams in identifying and managing non-financial risks.
  • Monitor and track non-financial risk items (Issues and Events) and ensure timely completion according to policy and procedure.
  • Perform Key Control Testing (KCT) in line with the annual KCT plan and report findings to management.
  • Manage data quality and QA activities across systems, including developing best practice guidelines.
