About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our team at Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate all plant sections, including Grinding, Flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, Thickening, Filtration, Control Room, Concentrate load-out and Tailings disposal.
  • Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
