We are a leading player in the global lithium market, operating one of the world's largest hard-rock lithium operations. As an Experienced Lithium Process Operator, you will play a key role in our processing plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control areas of the processing plant, including crushing circuit, HPGR, screening, heavy media separation, milling and gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment.
  • Identify and communicate items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements.

About You

  • Solid experience in operating a wet processing plant, particularly in heavy medium separation, grinding, flotation, or reagents and filter press.
  • Competent in Control-room operation and Safe Isolations & permitting systems.
  • A valid WA Driver's licence is essential. Forklift, loader, confined space, working at heights or EWP tickets are highly regarded.
