Project Coordinator - Completions and Commissioning

We are seeking an experienced CCMS Completions and Commissioning Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of the Completion and Commissioning Management System (CCMS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of project asset data across all phases—from design through to handover—while ensuring alignment with project and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer CCMS (Hexagon Smart Completions) across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage asset data, including naming conventions, registers, and attribute consistency.
  • Develop and maintain project structures such as WBS, location, and system hierarchies within CCMS.
  • Oversee completions and commissioning documentation, including ITRs, punch lists, and certification packages.
  • Implement and manage Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure data accuracy through all phases.
  • Extract, analyse, and report data using Power BI dashboards; conduct regular audits and quality checks.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in completions and commissioning management on major infrastructure projects.
  • You possess expertise with Hexagon Smart Completions or similar CCMS platforms.
  • You have a strong background in asset management and completions workflows for complex engineering environments.
  • You are skilled in Excel, Power BI, Aconex, and SharePoint.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system troubleshooting and data integrity management.
  • You can work in high-performance environments with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
