The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced CCMS Completions and Commissioning Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of the Completion and Commissioning Management System (CCMS) using Hexagon Smart Completions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of project asset data across all phases—from design through to handover—while ensuring alignment with project and client requirements.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and administration of CCMS (Hexagon Smart Completions) across the project lifecycle.
- Manage asset data, including naming conventions, registers, and attribute consistency.
- Develop and maintain project structures such as WBS, location, and system hierarchies within CCMS.
- Oversee completions and commissioning documentation, including ITRs, punch lists, and certification packages.
- Implement and manage Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure data accuracy through all phases.
- Extract, analyse, and report data using Power BI dashboards; conduct regular audits and quality checks.
- Provide training and support to users while ensuring alignment and engagement across all stakeholders.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in completions and commissioning management on major infrastructure projects
- Expertise with Hexagon Smart Completions or similar CCMS platforms
- Strong background in asset management and completions workflows for complex engineering environments
- Skilled in Excel, Power BI, Aconex, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with project stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system troubleshooting and data integrity management
- Ability to work in high-performance environments with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
