Only 90 minutes' drive from Melbourne's CBD, this serene destination offers an array of accommodation options including everything from cabins and luxury villas to caravan sites and campsites, surrounded by some of Victoria's most beautiful seaside scenery only a short walk away.About the RoleWe are currently recruiting a Caretaker to join the team.This role will look after general grounds and maintenance duties across the Holiday Park, ensuring that fantastic service is provided to all guests and residents.The working hours for the role are mostly Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
There may be instances where overnight shifts are required in busy periods or when your fellow Caretaker colleague is on leave.ResponsibilitiesAttend to matters outside of office including but not limited to noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches and key to BBQJump in to support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areasKeep housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated, or when residents or guests need supportKeep the park safe and secure with regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checksBe the friendly voice after hours, manage the night phone and assist with late check-ins when neededAbout YouFriendly, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile for guests and residentsConfident communicator who's great with people and loves being part of a teamOrganised and reliable, with a knack for staying on top of tasksComfortable using computers and handling admin with easeWorking with Children Check and a full Driver's Licence are requiredCulture and BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks so come join the team and apply now
