Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.
As a key member of our team, you will oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. You will also monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent service, have a keen eye for detail, take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and demonstrate professionalism in their presentation and communication.
- Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
- Police check.
- You must have work rights within Australia.
