Senior Facade Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Facade Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering facade engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring high technical standards and compliance.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and professional development for your team members. You will also support regional strategic planning, financial management, and business growth initiatives.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Additionally, you will participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance our profile.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (or related field) and demonstrated experience in the facades industry. They will have proven experience as a design/engineering manager within a consultancy environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and delivering facade engineering projects.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Supporting regional strategy and contributing to business growth initiatives.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project delivery excellence.
- Participating in industry events and knowledge-sharing forums.
