We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Engineer to lead our facade engineering projects from concept through to construction, ensuring high technical standards and compliance.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of facade engineering – from design, documentation and compliance through to project delivery – while leading and mentoring a small team of engineers.
- Leading and delivering facade engineering projects, driving technical excellence and business growth across a diverse portfolio of new build and remediation projects.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and professional development for your team, supporting regional strategic planning, financial management, and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Civil Engineering / Architecture (or related field), with demonstrated experience in the facades industry, proven experience as a design / engineering manager within a consultancy environment.
They will possess strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough analysis before making decisions.
Additionally, they will have strong organisational skills to manage design administration, compliance and documentation within identified project deadlines.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence and business growth, offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact.
