Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at Bonds Casuarina Store.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences, helping your team deliver on budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and succession planning to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
  • Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team members.
  • Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business success.
