Support Care Specialist

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a community home care setting with older adults.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, relatives, carers, and/or advocates.
- Proficiency in understanding and adhering to client care plans.
- Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Individual Support or Community Services.
