Job Overview

The Program Manager will oversee a team of practitioners, ensuring high-quality service delivery that promotes healing and builds resilience in children, parents, families, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management oversight to a team, including staff supervision and annual performance reviews.
  • Develop a vision for the service and achieve key performance indicators for the service and staff.
  • Monitor and report service outcomes in accordance with the organisational strategic plan.
  • Lead growth and development of the service through continuous improvement and client surveys.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioural Science, or related field with significant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in similar programs.
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams in similar settings.
