Oral Healthcare Professional

As an Oral Healthcare Professional, you will provide high-quality dental services to patients, encompassing emergency treatments, routine examinations, and preventative care.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide quality oral healthcare services, including emergency treatments, general examinations, and preventative measures.
    • Liaise with senior dental officers, medical professionals, and specialist dental providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining good oral health among Defence personnel, aligning with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time post-graduate clinical experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
  • Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA guidelines.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
