**Dental Assistant**

**This local well established practice of three clinicians requires a chairside assistant for two to three full days per week.**
- We have a friendly team of co workers supporting each other in a warm and supportive environment treating well long termlocal patients._

**DUTIES**
- Chairside direct assisting of the dentist in delivering a high standard of dental treatment Two to Three full days (7.30am to 6pm)
- Manage treatment coordination, laboratory communication, stock control and cross infection managment.
- Instrument sterilisation processing and basic surgery cleanliness.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION**

Experience is preferred to be a minimum of 1 year chairside assisting though a **mature minded applicant **with excellent presentation skills in delivering service to our patients, will be considered. Certificate III qualification is an advantage though not essential.

This surgery prides itself on quality care using the latest preventive techniques that prioritises genuine care for the patient's primary interest. Staff satisfaction is high in this workplace due to the relaxed but cheerful environment despite a busy schedule.

This role is excellent for some one who is caring, _highly organised _and values extremely high quality delivery of dental services as part of a friendly cheerful team.

- Qualification or studying dental assisting cert III or IV is an advantage but training will be provided to the person with the right fit

- Computer skills are required
- You have a 'Can Do' attitude and a _compassionate caring nature_.
- Has a very organized nature with traits that appreciate a high level of precision in your day to day routine.
