Job Title: Business Transformation Expert

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Business Transformation Expert to join our team in leading digital transformation initiatives across Product Lifecycle Management space. As a key member of our Global Technology Solutions team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to define business problems and use cases, analyze and document current and future state business processes, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and re-engineer Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define business problems and use cases, and serve as a thought leader for business processes
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes for PLM, and gather and document business requirements and functional specifications for solution development
  • Define and prioritize user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with Service Designers and Architects to facilitate ideation and solution design workshops
  • Support the delivery of technology solutions to ensure effective implementation and real business value
  • Identify risks associated with technology and operational change and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering complex technology application implementations across business process analysis, requirements analysis, and solution design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient domain knowledge in Product Development processes
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels from both business and technology domains
  • Able to grasp and adapt to new industry trends that can lead to new business opportunities and system innovations
