As a Village Manager, you'll lead daily operations, ensuring residents feel safe and supported. Your key responsibilities will include delivering on the village improvement plan, building strong relationships with residents and committees, managing financial performance, and championing compliance, safety, and wellbeing.
This is an opportunity to inspire and develop your team, helping them deliver outstanding service and care. You'll bring experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, or a related service industry, along with strong people leadership skills and solid knowledge of budget management and work health & safety.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction
- Deliver on the village improvement plan for continuous growth and improvement
- Build strong relationships with residents, committees, families, contractors, and the local community
- Manage financial performance to keep the village sustainable and thriving
- Champion compliance, safety, and wellbeing across the community
- Inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding service and care
- Experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on empathy, resilience, and communication
- Solid knowledge of budget management and work health & safety
- Confidence with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting
- A genuine passion for helping people live well and balance resident needs and business goals
