Job Description:
  • Lead curriculum planning and implementation
  • Support Educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Help assess and track each child's development
  • Set clear goals and expectations with the team
  • Contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan to ensure continuous growth
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-12 years
  • To work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve centre goals and outcomes
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of children's progress and development
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector
  • Valid Working with Children's Check (SA)
