Personal care and support services for individuals in Glen Iris and surrounding suburbs. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live independently.

We are seeking highly motivated and caring support workers to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care activities, accessing the community with clients, and supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, be reliable and punctual, and have a caring nature and ability to understand client needs. A valid Level 2 First Aid certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care activities including showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Accessing the community and assisting with day activities, including Gym Program, Hydrotherapy, and day programs
  • Domestic duties: maintaining household cleanliness and meal prepping
  • Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community

Requirements:

  • Provide four Identification documents
  • Full Australian drivers license
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients
  • Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • International Police Check (if required)
  • Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential)
