Enterprise Investment Systems Analyst Job Description

We're seeking an Enterprise Investment Systems Analyst to support our investment planning and project delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Copperleaf, or Oracle.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing core systems, implementing configuration changes, and providing end-user support and training. You'll also contribute to system improvement projects, data migrations, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operation and enhancement of investment planning systems.
  • Assist in implementing and testing configuration changes.
  • Deliver and support Portfolio to Project processes in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Provide end-user support and training to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Contribute to system improvement projects, data migrations, and integration activities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems like SAP, Copperleaf, PPM, or other project/portfolio platforms.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and support users.
