Regional Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial strategy in the North West region.

  1. Develop and execute business growth initiatives to drive profitability and expand our presence in the market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that meet expectations and drive value.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies, additional contracted services, and revenue growth.
  5. Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
  6. Ensure effective contract administration, timely execution, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in logistics, mining, or transport sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
