We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Mindbody. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales volume through outbound cold calls, lead generation, and closing sales with our single-location prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales activity via in-person, phone, text, and email, including introduction, follow-ups, and demonstration calls and emails.
  • Demonstrate Mindbody software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assist them in selecting the best solution for their needs.
  • Consult with prospective clients to identify the proper Mindbody solution and establish business relationships to generate new business.
  • Effectively manage pipeline and forecasting business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company with a stellar record of performance.
  • Technical aptitude, including strong understanding of APIs, SaaS, and cloud computing.
  • Proficient level at Microsoft Suite.
  • Exposure to the health and wellness industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good group presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated career stability.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
