We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Performance Manager to join our team at Virgin Australia Regional Airlines. This is a key leadership role that will oversee crew engagement, discipline, and performance management across Pilot and Cabin Crew groups.

As a Crew Performance Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Pilots and Cabin Crew, implementing strategies to enhance crew engagement, managing grievances, ensuring performance management is conducted and documented, monitoring leave balances and accruals, and facilitating a recruitment pipeline to meet business requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent people skills, be highly organized, and have a customer-centric approach. You should have knowledge of the aviation regulatory structure, formal HR qualifications, and/or comparable experience in contemporary IR/ER management. Experience working within the Fair Work framework, ideally in the aviation industry, is also essential.

You will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to drive business outcomes through data-driven analysis, and have a focus on engagement and building a team culture.
