We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with insurance providers to gather information and resolve issues.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge to prepare precise alteration quotes and adhere to administrative guidelines.
- Prepare accurate insurance implementation forms based on quotes and advice recommendations.
- Document and follow administrative guidelines, ensure updates are recorded, and maintain consistent processes across all administrative areas.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar financial services role and a strong understanding of personal insurances.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with administration software.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, and strong team collaboration skills.
- Professional communication with diverse staff, maintaining relationships, managing time effectively, and adapting to changes and new policies.
