Career Development Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best recovery outcomes for clients by working closely with treatment providers, health professionals, and employers.
- Collaborate with treatment providers to provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
- Attend various workplaces on a weekly basis to learn physical demands and responsibilities of job roles and support safe return to work or maintenance at work.
- Educate workplaces on managing and preventing workplace injuries.
- Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- AHPRA or ESSA registration.
- Strong communication and report writing skills, with a client-centred approach.
- Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Up to 8 days of additional leave per year, including 'YOU' days, pet leave, volunteering leave, and paid study leave.
