VIE Project Performance Data Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead project performance and data analysis initiatives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and data analysis, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for managing and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the client, coordinating with discipline leads, and developing digital solutions to optimise internal project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management: Develop and implement effective KPI strategies to measure project performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Main Interface: Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with discipline leads and clients, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Data Analysis: Consolidate, analyse, and validate data provided by various teams, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting & Project Performance Support: Prepare and present KPI results during client meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with contractual commitments.
  • Periodic Reporting: Produce high-quality, visually engaging reports for clients and senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Targeted Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate performance data, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Digital Development & Process Optimisation: Design, develop, and deploy tailored digital tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
