We are seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Worker to join our team in the South East suburbs of Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic manufacturing tasks, including preparing sand moulds and cleaning up finished castings using simple machines and hand held pneumatic tools. A Forklift license is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing production work in a factory environment
  • Preparing sand moulds and cleaning up finished castings
  • Operating simple machinery and hand held pneumatic tools
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced factory setting
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Forklift license (advantageous)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Working Conditions:

  • Good conditions with off-street parking available
  • Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm schedule
  • Rotating Day shift
