Steel Fabrication Factory Worker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable factory worker to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines in the factory, including steel rollformers, brake press, guillotines, punches, etc. They will also be involved in picking, packing, wrapping, and stacking products, as well as performing production duties involving roll forming, folding, and pressing.
In addition, the factory worker will be responsible for loading/dispatching and unloading duties, general factory tasks, and working in a safe and methodical manner. The successful candidate will work approximately 38 hours per week (with occasional overtime) according to industry standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a similar factory setting and/or sheet metal work, a desire to learn and grow with cross-training, a willingness to take directions and perform tasks reliably, and good manual handling skills.
You will also need to have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a solid understanding of safe workplace practices.
