In the capacity of Mobile Maintenance High Risk Trainer, you will collaborate effectively to deliver top-notch solutions and outcomes.
This role is situated at a remote site, operating on a FIFO roster.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with supervisors regarding daily training schedules.
- Providing feedback on training to site personnel.
- Verifying competencies for high-risk certifications.
- Adhering to operational and compliance processes.
- Reviewing and enhancing procedures to boost performance and job satisfaction.
- Utilizing our training database for reporting purposes.
- Ensuring that safety standards relevant to mining are integrated into training objectives.
- Facilitating safety education programs pertinent to mining operations.
- Identifying training requirements for on-site operations.
- Conducting and overseeing training assessments as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities.
- Participating in personal training and development programs as required.
Candidate Profile
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Relevant high-risk work tickets.
- Proven experience in maintenance operations within open pit mining.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
