Key Responsibilities
- Select, prepare and dispatch loan kits efficiently and accurately to meet customer needs
- Ensure kits are delivered on time and in-full
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and returns
- Conduct quality checks on returned kits
- Liaise with hospital staff, sales representatives and customer service personnel
