We are seeking a reliable and energetic Picker and Packer to join our small team. This permanent part-time role involves working 3-4 days per week, Monday to Friday, with early start/early finish times.

The position is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, achieving goals and working in a friendly and supportive environment. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in helping make Australian workplaces safer.

Your tasks will include:

  • Picking first aid components
  • Assembling first aid components into kits
  • Packing first aid kits ready for distribution
  • Preparing retail-ready packaging
  • Following and adhering to production schedules

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit and in excellent health, have good communication skills, be punctual and reliable, and have a strong work ethic. You should also be positive and solution-oriented, methodical and attentive to detail, a fast and willing learner, capable of working on your feet for 2-3 hours at a time, vaccinated for COVID-19, and authorised to work in Australia.
