Project Coordinator for Nuclear Submarine Production

ASC is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the production of nuclear-powered submarines in our Osborne facility, South Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading defence company and contribute to one of Australia's most significant industrial undertakings.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to Team Leads for all Osborne Projects allocated, ensuring timely processing of Work Packs and materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in working with structured processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-vetting of work packs prior to scheduled start datesArranging accurate picking of materials in line with project schedules and work pack start datesAuditing work packs upon completion of tasks and closing out both unused materials and completed work packsMaintaining data integrity in our ERP SystemDriving process improvement initiatives while working with structured processes and proceduresAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a production or stores-based environmentExposure to one or more of the following disciplines: production, production control, planning, scheduling, estimating, supply/contract administration, warehousingProven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written, coupled with accurate data entryDemonstrated experience in working with structured processes and proceduresProven ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision and deliver under pressureBenefits:
