Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

  • Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and by email, delivering timely solutions to customers across farming, construction, fabrication, and manufacturing.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to turn leads into sales.
  • Support external sales teams with local knowledge, customer insights, and hands-on follow-through.

  • Assist with day-to-day branch work, whether that's assisting a customer at the counter or jumping in to back up your team when things get busy.
