Senior Electronic Security Specialist

The Security Engineer is responsible for designing tailored security solutions for major projects, including electronic access control and CCTV systems. This role covers large infrastructure projects in Sydney from initial design through to final certification.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement security systems meeting project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments for optimal camera and equipment placement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security systems with existing infrastructure.
- Lead the design and engineering process for electronic security needs.
- Provide technical direction on electronic security matters to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as electrical, electronic, controls, mechatronic, or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electronic access control systems and/or CCTV, including extensive design knowledge.
- Proven track record in project engineering, delivering technology-based/security projects.
- Previous experience working in a site-based, construction environment.
- Maintain appropriate security clearance for customer sites and applicable projects.
