We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Tech Labs Lead to join our team at Wavemaker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative influencer marketing campaigns for L’Oréal Groupe brands.

About the Role

The Beauty Tech Labs Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing social-first, data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Leading a high-performing team of 20+ professionals across creative, content, social, and influencer marketing disciplines
  • Collaborating with L’Oréal Groupe (CDMO and Brand Divisions), key influencers and creators, and talent agents to create authentic brand stories that resonate with today’s beauty consumers
  • Using analytics and social listening tools to continuously optimize campaigns, track trends, and prove ROI on influencer strategies
  • Establishing frameworks that define influencer marketing excellence, from campaign execution to ROI analysis
