About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our frontline Fuel team at our EG Albion Park store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote EG products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • A solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
