Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our recruitment and project initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing moderately complex projects from planning through to implementation and administration.

This role involves strategic marketing and promotion of our services within the community, as well as developing strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively collaborate with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing and promoting services amongst the wider community
  • Developing communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external clients
  • Performing detailed administrative tasks with accuracy and rapidity
  • Utilizing high-level negotiation, organizational and motivational skills in a team environment
  • Demonstrating knowledge of human resource management issues, including occupational health and safety, equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination, industrial relations and privacy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A C Class driving license, with travel required throughout the region
  • The ability to set priorities and monitor workflow in areas of responsibility
  • The capacity to exercise judgment and initiative where procedures are not clearly defined
